Defense against Special Attack [RESOLVED]

Or if the increase stay until AFTER the attack is defended against. I understand it as the latter but others disagree. Final verdict please?

Good question. With your permission, I'd like to add it to the FAQ, if you don't mind.

The reason your Special Attack was removed from the total score is because Yamizu changed the values that were dependent on the power boost. Changing the supporter stat "Intelligence" in response to a Special Attack will affect the Special Attack during the turn it's launched, increasing or decreasing its specified power boost accordingly. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have had regarding the relative aspect of Special-based moves.
